Our children and young people have really suffered through this recent crisis, and it has been especially hard as parents/guardians knowing how to support them when we ourselves have no idea of what’s been going on, or what’s actually coming next.
Our children are struggling with schooling behind masks, constant ‘testing’ self-isolating, and this may manifest itself as conflicts with parents, teachers, and peers. This fear and anxiety has resulted in a range of mental health issues.
We will teach techniques to better manage the emotional stress of everyday life and help you identify your personal values, strengths, and abilities in support of your personal and professional goals.
