If you are trapped in this cycle of:-

  • Anxiety & Depression

  • Chronic Physical Pain

  • Emotional Trauma

  • Cravings

  • Addictions

  • Feeling Tired/Sad

  • Grieving

And surrendering the power of your health and happiness to medical professionals hoping that ‘someday’ they’ll find the right treatment for you, imagine what it would be like to flourish, succeed and thrive, put the past into the past, live your life feeling content, happy and fulfilled -

Emotional Freedom Techniques (Tapping)

can do just that.

You can discover a vibrant secret for emotional wholeness and physical relief by taking it all into your own hands.

Tapping provides relief from:-

  • Chronic/Acute Pain

  • Emotional Problems

  • Addictions

  • Phobias

  • Post Traumatic Stress Disorder

Like Acupuncture and Acupressure, Tapping is a set of techniques which utilise the body’s energy meridian points.

You can stimulate these meridian points by tapping on them with your fingertips – literally tapping into your body’s own energy and healing power.

Your body is more powerful than you can imagine… filled with life, energy, and a compelling ability for self-healing. With Tapping, you can take control of that power.

There are many reasons why people seek counselling.

Difficult Life Events

If you have experienced a stressful or traumatic life event, speaking with a counsellor will help process the situation.

Difficult life events may include:

  • Death of a loved one

  • Job loss

  • Abuse

  • Addiction

  • Diagnosis of a serious physical illness

Mental Health Issues

Counselling is an excellent way for people with mental health problems to work through their symptoms in a supportive environment. Many people who seek counselling have anxiety disorders, which cause excessive fear and worry.

Life Transitions or Decisions

People who are in periods of transition in their lives:-

  • Adjusting to adulthood

  • Starting a new career

  • Marriage or Divorce

  • Becoming a parent

  • Retirement

These new experiences can often bring difficult decisions with them.

Self Discovery

Even if you are not facing a specific issue in your life, counselling for self discovery and personal development is a good opportunity for you to reflect on your past experiences and explore your feelings and values. This can improve your sense of self and help you feel more complete and satisfied.

What to Expect

Do you want some help but not really sure what therapy is right for you?

Book your free Discovery Call via Telephone/Skype/Zoom.

A personal assessment is carried out on a one to one consultation basis, where we will investigate the reasons for your issues and help you move forward in a more positive and resourceful way.

We will try and uncover any deep seated reasons as to why problems have occurred and what can be done to resolve these issues. We can then tailor your personal counselling to help you improve what is going on around you.

We will carry out a personal assessment and consider the following: -

  • Mental health symptoms and experiences

  • Feelings and thoughts

  • Physical health and wellbeing

  • Social and family relationships

  • Past experiences, especially of similar problems

  • Issues relevant to your or others’ safety

  • Whether there is anyone who depends on you, such as a child or elderly relative

  • Strengths and skills and what helps you best

  • Hopes and aspirations for the future

We offer a quiet space to help explore your issues in a safe and confidential environment.

Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, together we'll work to help you get back on track.

Tapping into Sleep

Sleep issues tend to be one of the most common symptoms that accompanies issues with anxiety.

Insomnia is simply referring to trouble falling or staying asleep. Short term issues are defined as a few nights or weeks, and chronic issues refer to insomnia that lasts for months or even years.

It will be helpful to build in practices that help your body relax e.g. before bed - avoid caffeine, technology or anything that will stimulate the body. Prepare yourself to ‘let go’.
